Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking skilled collision repair professionals to examine, plan, and execute high-quality vehicle repairs. You will work with a team to monitor repair status, perform precision work, and decide when repairs or replacements are required for safety and efficiency.

The role involves directing apprentices, maintaining safety standards, and delivering on-time results across multiple shop locations. Strong knowledge of repair processes and certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine for repair work.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining schedule.
• Decides on repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and other components to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
• Directs apprentice and explains procedures.
