Caliber Collision in Ashwaubenon is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform thorough frame and structural repairs, blueprint and straighten damaged components, and ensure precise, high-quality reassembly of vehicles.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A team-focused mindset and industry certifications are highly valued.

Competenze

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprints and precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Attention to tightened bolts and welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused and collaborate with painters and estimators.
