Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced auto body technician at our Hillsboro, OR service center. You will perform full collision repairs, including framing, panels, and structural work, ensuring accurate, factory-grade results.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a detail-oriented, team-first approach. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay and extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of collision repair experience.
• Know-how to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Blueprints and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from dents to frame rebuild.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and fit finishes.
