• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Proficiency in frame and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specs.
• Commitment to precise workmanship and avoiding shortcuts.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and alignments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Strong teamwork across painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
