Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Glenside service center is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to restore wrecked vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and perform full collision repairs, including frame and structural work, with a strong emphasis on precision and safety.

The role requires at least two years of hands‑on experience, frame knowledge, and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff to deliver top‑quality results.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural know‑how to pull, straighten and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work and restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
