Job summary

Caliber in Scottsdale is hiring experienced collision repair technicians to join our service center on Raintree Dr. You’ll perform full collision repairs, frame and structural work, and precision reassembly with a focus on safety and quality.

We offer a sign-on bonus of at least $1500 on your first paycheck if you start this month, competitive pay, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible candidates must have at least two years of experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep work area safe and tidy at all times.
