Expect two or more years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You’ll work with top equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a fast, accurate repair process.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix right the first time.
• Keen eye for detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude coordinating with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and care.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
