Caliber Collision is hiring at the Phoenix center for a skilled technician. You will repair vehicles after collisions, performing frame and panel work to restore cars to factory specs.

A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential as you collaborate with other shop staff to deliver high-quality results. Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square
• No-shortcuts mindset: blueprint it and fix it right the first time
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds
• Physically capable: lift up to 50lbs
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
