Caliber in Overland, MO is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our service center team. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec panel alignment and quality reassembly.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. You must be physically fit and eligible to work in the U.S.

Competenze

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged parts.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
