Job summary

Caliber's Gilbert Service Center is looking for skilled auto body technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You’ll blueprint and execute repairs, work on full collision repairs ranging from fender fixes to frame rebuilds, and collaborate with painters, estimators and front desk staff.

You must have at least two years of experience, strong frame/structural knowledge, and a sharp eye for precision. This role requires physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs and a no-shortcuts work ethic, with

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise results.
• Perform full collision repair from basic fender work to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
