Caliber Visalia is hiring a skilled collision repair technician to join our Service Center team. You’ll handle full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with a focus on factory specs and quality finishes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, perfect welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from start to finish.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
