Caliber’s Fort Worth Southwest location is seeking qualified auto body repair technicians. You will repair vehicles after collisions, using precise blueprinting, frame work, and panel alignment to restore cars to factory specifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge for pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail to ensure tightened bolts, welds, and finish.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
