Caliber Service Center in Burleson, TX is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to perform full repairs from start to finish. You’ll work with a team to restore vehicles to factory specs using precise procedures and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Keen eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Teamwork with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep work location safe and tidy.
