Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver top-tier customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, following the WOW Operating Way and company KPIs.

You will work with a collaborative team, using tools like cutting guns and plasma cutters, while ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while meeting KPIs and brand standards.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure work is correct.
