Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with attention to quality and speed. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, and replace components as needed to meet KPI targets.

You will work with a team in a busy shop, using cutting tools, jacks, and painting processes while maintaining safety standards and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; tech schooling or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of repair methods for vehicle bodies.

Responsabilités

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Repair dents, realign chassis/frames, replace parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles per specs.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect completed work.
