You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and realign frames, replacing parts and finishing with proper painting and inspection to meet our speed, quality and customer-excellence standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, realign, and reassemble vehicles.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; weld and repaint as needed.
• Complete work within labor time guidelines and verify quality.
• Maintain safety and follow WOW plan.
