Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at our Clarksville center. You will blueprint and execute repairs, manage frame and panel work, and ensure factory-spec results with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten and square as needed.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welded joints, and precise assembly.
• Physically fit; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work and return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
