Job summary

Caliber is hiring at our Springfield, TN service center for experienced collision repair technicians. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, and ensure panels and structures meet factory specs.

You will work with a team, maintain safety and cleanliness, and contribute to quality reassembly. Applicants should have at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, a no-shortcuts mindset, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finished surfaces.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
