Job summary

Caliber's Shepherdsville Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. With 2+ years in the field, you will transform wrecks into road-ready vehicles using precise blueprints, framing and structural work.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff to deliver high-quality repairs. We offer competitive weekly pay, strong benefits, and training through I-CAR/ASE with growth opportunities; must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how with blueprinting accuracy.
• No-shortcuts mentality and attention to detail.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender benders to frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finishing touches.
• Work as a team and keep the work area safe and tidy.
