Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Complete minor to major body-related repairs on vehicles
• Tear down of vehicles to be repaired
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly and recommend a repair plan
• Coordinate vehicle repairs with other team members
• Inspect final repairs for quality control and customer satisfaction
• Maintain quality standards of excellence
• Understand and deliver to the expectations of our customers
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of shop
• Maintain the proper functioning of all service tools and equipment
• Other duties

Skills and Specifications

• Current or recent collision shop training or work experience a plus
• Good time management skills
• Trustworthy & reliable
• Ability to work well with fellow team members
• Ability to understand the needs and wants of the customer
• I-Car and ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Valid driver's license
