Caliber in Valparaiso, Indiana seeks an experienced collision repair technician to join our service center. You will perform full repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, blueprinting components to factory specs, and ensuring quality reassembly.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of collision repair experience.
Ability to pull, straighten and square frames and structural components.
Commitment to precise, high-quality repairs with no shortcuts.
Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual tasks.
Ability to work effectively as part of a service-team.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
