Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Highland, IN is hiring an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs, performing full collision repair, frame and panel work, and precise reassembly.

You should have at least two years of experience, a frame and structural know-how, a sharp eye for detail, and a team-first attitude to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs to restore safety and alignment.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
