Caliber Collision’s San Angelo center is seeking skilled auto body technicians. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with a focus on precision and quality. The role emphasizes teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong eye for detail. Physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs and a no-shortcuts mindset are required.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
  • Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and no excuses.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Provide full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and final finishing.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
