Caliber Collision in Denison is hiring for a skilled collision repair technician. You will perform full repairs from frame to finish, using precise methods and compliant equipment. The role requires a couple of years of hands-on experience, strong frame knowledge, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

At least two years of collision repair experience.
Frame and structural know-how with the ability to pull, straighten, and square.
No-shortcuts mentality with blueprint accuracy.
Sharp eye for detail and finished welds.
Team player who collaborates with others on the shop floor.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying fit for the job.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
Handle full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
