Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Longview - North service center is seeking skilled auto body technicians. With at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides, you will handle frame and structural work, blueprint and execute repairs, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

  • At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
  • Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Handle full collision repair from small to major damages.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
