Job summary

Caliber Collision in Youngsville, LA is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender repairs to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and working with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on experience, strong frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Detail-oriented with precise welding and assembly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities
