Caliber Collision seeks an experienced service center technician in Oro Valley, AZ to perform comprehensive collision repairs and work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities include blueprinting, frame and structural repairs, and precise reassembly to factory specifications. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering quality repairs every day.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork and no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
