Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Blueprinting and following repair plans accurately.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and final finishes.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay physically fit.
• Team-oriented approach collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Handle full collision repair from damage assessment to finished surfaces.
• Perform panel and structural work as required.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work space.
