Job summary

Caliber is seeking experienced collision repair technicians for our service center. You will perform full repair work, including frame and structural tasks, ensuring precise, factory-rated results.

You will also reassemble and finalize finished cars with attention to detail. We offer competitive pay up to $20-30 per hour paid weekly, day-one benefits, paid time off, holidays, and access to I-CAR and ASE certifications to level up your career.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how for accurate repairs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Team-oriented attitude and collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with careful fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
