Job summary

Caliber Collision's Berwyn service center is looking for skilled auto collision technicians to repair vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, straighten frames, and perform full collision repairs with attention to detail in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Tighten bolts, weld with accuracy, no excuses.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with careful fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
