Caliber's Hilton Head Island Service Center is hiring skilled auto body technicians for full collision repairs. You’ll blueprint and execute repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory specs and precise welds. A team-first attitude helps you collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural repair know-how.
  • No-shortcuts mentality—quality first.
  • Strong attention to detail and weld quality.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude working with painters and estimators.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
  • Restore panels and structural components to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and fit finishes.
  • Collaborate with teammates to move work through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
