Job summary

Caliber is seeking a skilled collision repair technician at our Summerville, SC service center. You will work on full collision repairs, from dents to frame rebuilds, ensuring precision and adherence to factory specs.

We value experience with frame and structural work, blueprint accuracy, and a team-first attitude. You must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience restoring wrecked vehicles.
  • Frame and structural knowledge; able to pull, straighten, square.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and precise repairs.
  • Attention to detail; tightened bolts and welds.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
  • Repair panel and structural components to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly; final finishes matter.
  • Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
