Caliber's Service Center in Hickory, NC is seeking skilled auto body technicians to perform full collision repairs, frame work, and quality reassembly with precision.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural repair skills including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint repairs and ensure first-time correctness.
  • Strong attention to detail with tightened bolts and finished welds.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repairs from minor to major frame work.
  • Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
