Job summary

Caliber’s Mint Hill service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory specs. You will work with a team to perform full collision repairs, frame work, and precise reassembly with attention to detail.

We value a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and the ability to collaborate across painters, estimators, and front-office staff. Training and advancement opportunities are available as part of a growing career at Caliber.

Qualifications

  • At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
  • No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
  • Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
