Caliber in White House, TN is seeking a skilled auto body technician to join our service center. You will perform full collision repair, frame straightening, and precise panel work to return vehicles to factory specs.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts and proper welds.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs accurately.
  • Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work to bring back factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.
