Job summary

Caliber Henderson is seeking to add a skilled auto body repair technician at our Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame and panel work, following factory specifications to ensure safe, high-quality results.

The role emphasizes blueprint accuracy, teamwork with painters and estimators, and commitment to safety. Sign-on bonus applies to start-in-September; medical and retirement benefits are offered and training such as I-CAR and ASE are provided.

Qualifications

At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Panel and structural work to restore parts to factory specs.
Quality reassembly and finish.
Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
Keep the work location safe and tidy.
