Job summary

Caliber Pace Service Center in Pace, FL is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and industry-leading processes.

A strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork drives our daily work. If you have at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset, you could join our growing team.

Qualifications

At least two years of collision repair experience.
Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds, no excuses.
Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
Panel and structural work to factory specs.
Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
Work as a team to move cars through.
Keep work area clean and safe.
