Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how.
  • Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Attention to detail with tight bolts and welds.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude and collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with fit and finish in mind.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.
