Caliber Schenectady Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full repair work from frame to finish, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

The role requires at least two years of collision repair experience and strong frame/structural knowledge, with a focus on accurate, high-quality workmanship. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Training and career growth are emphasized.

• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel/structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
