Caliber's Buffalo service center is seeking skilled auto body technicians. You’ll handle full collision repair—from frame straightening to reassembly—using top equipment and a safety-minded team.

Two years of experience, frame/structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset are expected. Competitive pay from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, plus benefits and training to help you grow in your career.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands—At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tight bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
