Job summary

Caliber's Service Center in Big Cove is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. Every day we handle fender to frame repairs with modern equipment and a focus on quality and safety. You will blueprint and execute repairs, perform full collision repair, and work with painters, estimators, and front office to move cars efficiently.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. We offer competitive pay, training (I-CAR, ASE), benefits, paid time off and a path to career

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators & front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
