Job summary

Caliber Bowling Green OH is seeking a skilled auto body technician to perform full collision repairs at our service center. You will blueprint and execute repairs, work on frame and panel alignment, and ensure factory-spec reassembly, while collaborating with painters and estimators to move vehicles through efficiently.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of auto collision repair experience.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames.
  • Commitment to correct, first-time repairs.
  • Proven attention to detail and safety.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
  • Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently and safely.
  • Keep the workspace clean and safe at all times.
