Classic Collision is seeking an experienced auto body repair technician to join our Mount Pleasant shop. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble damaged vehicles and follow the repair plan to meet safety and quality standards. Competenze

• 2-3 years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability and teamwork.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Mansioni

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and planning repairs.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure following the work order.
• Remove upholstery and parts to access damaged areas and store parts safely.
• Repair and weld damaged parts; ensure gaps and fits meet industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, sander, etc.).
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before handing to Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned; follow SOPs and safety rules.
