Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on auto collision experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square components to factory specs.
• Commitment to precise, high-quality repairs and finishes.
• Attention to bolts, welds, and overall workmanship quality.
• Comfort with physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborative approach with teammates across departments.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with accuracy.
• Handle full collision repair, from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with care.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
