Caliber Collision Lexington SC is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame work to cosmetic reassembly, ensuring repairs meet factory specifications.

We value hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a teamwork mindset. Eligible to work in the U.S. with up to 50 lbs lifting capacity, you’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced shop that emphasizes safety and quality.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, square it up.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail‑oriented; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Blueprint and repair to factory specifications.
• Handle panel and structural work for bent, twisted, or torn components.
• Ensure quality fit and finish in reassembly.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
