Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise a team in an Inspection Center. You’ll monitor the flow of vehicles, ensure safety standards, and drive production and quality metrics. This role emphasizes coaching, process adherence, and proactive problem solving.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work overtime and weekends are also required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team and coach members.
• Provide feedback and develop team skills; enforce Carvana values.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed consistently.
