Job summary

Lake Automotive Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to join our high-volume repair facility. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage relationships with insurance agents and companies.

This full-time role offers base pay with commission potential and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include presenting estimates to agents, ensuring parts timing, and maintaining open communication with customers

Qualifications

• 2 years of estimating experience (preferred).
• Detail oriented and career minded.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures manuals.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Verifying and checking on the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary parts
• Staying in contact and updating our customers on their vehicle and claims process
• Maintaining existing relationships with insurance agents

Job Details: Job Location: Lake Auto Group - MILWAUKEE, WI 53221, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 Base+Commission/year, Lake Automotive Group is hiring a Body Shop Estimator for one of the largest vehicle repair facilities in the Milwaukee area! The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, has strong customer service skills, and previous estimating experience. This is a highly visible role that provides the right candidate with the ability to work with some of the top insurance companies in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting estimates to our customers insurance agents
