Job summary

You will use CCC ONE to write line-item quotes, handle DRP processes, greet clients, explain timelines, collect payments, and assist with parts ordering through Parts Trader and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in writing collision estimates in a shop environment.
• Mastery of CCC ONE estimating software is strictly required.
• I-CAR Platinum or ASE credentials are highly preferred (or willingness to complete training).
• Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Damage assessment: Inspect vehicles to identify body, frame, paint, and structural damage.
• Estimate creation: Use CCC ONE to write precise, detailed line-item repair quotes.
• Insurance liaison: Manage DRPs, follow carrier guidelines, and submit docs for hidden damage approvals.
• Client advisory: Greet customers, explain repair timelines, and collect final payments.
• Parts ordering: Utilize Parts Trader and other platforms.
