Job summary

North Country Auto Body & Mechanical in Hugo, MN is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our collision repair team. You will prepare accurate estimates, work with insurance companies, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of auto body estimating experience, is proficient with CCC ONE, and familiar with DRP processes. I-CAR certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Auto Body Estimating experience.
• I-CAR Certification is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Estimating Platform.
• DRP experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance estimating.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely collision repair estimates using CCC ONE.
• Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Review vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair progress.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from estimate to vehicle delivery.

North Country Auto Body & Mechanical is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our professional, customer-focused collision repair team. Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Starting Salary 55k to 80k D.O.E.
