North Country Auto Body is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our customer-focused collision repair team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends.

Starting salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, with growth potential based on performance. Responsibilities include preparing accurate estimates with CCC ONE, coordinating with insurers and customers, and ensuring repairs meet standards.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of auto body estimating experience.
• I-CAR certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with DRP (direct repair program) processes is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Mansioni

• Prepare accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE.
• Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Review vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers regarding progress.
